Cancellation / Refund
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours from the time of order is placed, there will be no cancellation for any reason.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations for on-sales items or pre-order items.
We will notify you if the refund was approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In addition, we are not able to refund the original duties and taxes paid by the recipient. At the time of placing the order, these charges will be remitted to the destination country.
Returns
We accept returns and exchanges ONLY IF the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. All jewelry must be returned unworn and in its original condition and packaging. For return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@senoritaj.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
